To attend the conference this weekend please go to the INFORM Annual Meeting Page (link below) and click on “Enter Virtual Lobby”. You will need to log in with your INFORMS credentials.
Once you have entered the INFORMS Annual Meeting Lobby, click on CIST2020 in the menu bar. You will be brought to a list of the CIST sessions. If you do not see CIST2020 in the menu bar, please click on "Help" for their customer service. Please make sure you have your CIST registration confirmation email ready.
Click to enter any session, the prerecorded presentations will be made available at the scheduled time. There will be a link to join a Q&A Zoom room for each session, on the session page, where you can ask questions and interact with the paper authors during and after their presentation videos are played.
Alternatively, if the authors wish to use the time allotted to them for synchronous presentations, please let the session chair know.
For your convenience, we have created a site with the entire program, links to papers, and links to the Q&A Zoom rooms here. The user name and password will be distributed to all registered attendees by email on 11/06. If you did not receive that email, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
If you are the presenting author for your paper, please make sure to join the Zoom room at that time and be available during and after your presentation time.

Information from INFORMS
The following information is provided by INFORMS (email sent to conference registrants on 10/28, titled "Navigating an Annual Meeting session and other helpful tips for attendees!").
The platform will open for attendees on Friday, November 6, to provide you time to familiarize yourselves with the meeting platform. You will receive an email with a link and login instruction on Friday, and will also be able to access the platform from several locations on the Annual Meeting website. You will not be able to view the sessions at this time, however you will be able to build your meeting schedule by adding sessions you are interested in attending to your meeting playlist.

Each session will play at its scheduled time during the meeting and will include the opportunity to participate in a 15-minute face-to-face Q&A with presenters via Zoom at the end of the session.
